Welcome to Brush & Bloom, a creative art studio and event space located in Everett, Washington. By booking a class, workshop or event through our website or in person, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General Terms
All workshops, classes, and events are subject to availability and may require advanced registration.
Prices listed include instruction and use of studio supplies. Brush & Bloom reserves the right to update class offerings, pricing, or policies at any time.
Payments and Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Payments are processed securely through Square and Wix.
Class registration is considered confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change! However, our workshops are small, and materials are prepared in advance. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets and class bookings are non-refundable. If you can't attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member for the same class date and time.
In some cases, Brush & Bloom may allow you to reschedule to a future class, depending on availability and notice given. Please email us as soon as possible to discuss any options. If Brush & Bloom must cancel a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen events, you will be offered:
A full refund OR a credit toward a future class of equal value.
Private events and Venue Rentals
A nonrefundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments.
Renter is responsible for any damages to studio property during the event.
Studio Conduct
Guests agree to respect the studio space, staff, and fellow participants.
Brush & Bloom is a family-friendly environment--offensive language or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated in the class details.
Food and Beverage
Nonalcoholic beverages are included in many classes.
Beer and wine may be offered at certain events in compliance with local permits and regulations.
Outside alcohol is not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
Photography and Media
By attending a Brush & Bloom event, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for marketing and social media purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a staff member when you arrive.
Liability
By participating in a Brush & Bloom class, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in creative activities that may involve paint, tools, or other materials. Brush & Bloom is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or property damage resulting from participation in any activity or event. Use of Studio Materials
All workshop and class ticket prices include the use of necessary supplies and materials to complete your project. Certain shared items--such as aprons, paintbrushes, easels, and extra paint or tools--are provided for in-studio use only and may not be taken home. Guests are welcome to take home their completed projects, but all reusable studio materials must remain on site.
