About the event

Flow Pages is a guided watercolor journaling experience that blends creativity, mindfulness, and emotional grounding. Co-hosted by Brush & Bloom and Sarah Dylan, this Sunday evening series offers a soft landing at the end of your week—no pressure, no perfection, no “right way.”

Each class follows a familiar rhythm, so participants feel safe, supported, and at ease. Through loose watercolor, simple prompts, and optional reflection, you’ll explore creativity as a practice, not a product. This series is especially welcoming for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their creative abilities.

There are no finished examples to copy, no expectations to share, and no need for prior experience—just space to breathe, create, and let the page meet you where you are.

✨ What to Expect Each Session

Every class follows the same grounding flow:

  • Arrival + Grounding (5–10 min)
